Color Outburst

I had put aside alcohol inks for a while, but I brought them out today. The medium fascinates me and after struggling with a few paintings, I finally let intuition take over and this image emerged. Have a colorful week.

Thanks dear friend, coming from you I feel accomplished. I enjoy your paintings so much as well as your daily thoughts in writing. As you know personally art is a daily struggle. I paint daily and only now and then do I feel that I have accomplished my goal. Such was today’s painting. I hung it vertically in a gray and blue mat with a sort of very pale goldish tone tending toward matte, not bright gold. I love to work with alcohol inks. Have a great painting week. Best,Silvia
