Turquoise October

This painting went through a lot of changes. I finally resorted to gesso with tissue paper.  The last layer is done in gold acrylic.

The inspiration came from our October skies. They look turquoise and the leaves and trees below are like a somewhat autumn that is gone.

The work is on watercolor paper to fit a 16×20.
